Tseria was named after the great number
of oaks that are in the area. Tseria is a slavian word meaning settlement.
The village has six settlements in
different altitude.
1. Ano Tseria, altitude of 700-750m
2. Giatreika, altitude of 720m
3. Zacharias, altitude of 680m
4. Katafigio, altitude of 630m
5. Pedino, altitude of 600m
6. Leftini, altitude of 650m
Bucon says that Kapetania of Ardoyvista
(Eksochori) during the 16th century had 8 villages, Ceria di Ardoyvista.
At the early of the 17th century Tseria was a settlement of 10 families.

It is the biggest settlement, with 56 residents.
Giatreika
Today there are 7 residents, that come from the Medikoi family or
Giatroi.
Zacharias (ex Lipochova)
Today 4 people live in the area. The school that was built in 1858
closed in 1981 because of lack of students.

Katafigio (ex Kopsolemeika)
Today 14 people live in the area. In 1960 the settlement was named
Katafigio after the caves that are in the area.
In 1846, in Tseria, Kopsolemeika,
Pedino and Leftini lived 146 people.
